Hey, name is Vick Aguiar, and I'm an Illustrator based in Florida with a BFA in Illustration. I have a passion for storytelling and character design, as well as an affinity for the strange and unusual. In my digital illustration, I use horror, pop culture, and queer themes to advocate for self-expression and self-exploration in digestible, fun ways.I've done work with Reedeezy, having illustrated for the story Band Battle on their platform that gives accessibility to literature for youths who struggle to read.My art book, The Big Book of Fear is a mix of horror and anatomy that looks to delve into phobias, seeking the intersection that where the psychological becomes physiological. The book has been on display at UCF Art Gallery in the BFA I Exhibition Mercurial: Spring 2025.I make most of my work with Procreate, but I also have a working level familiarity with the Adobe Suite and Clip Studio Paint.Please don't hesitate to contact if you're interested in working with me.Work inquiry: [email protected]
